| Job Duties: |
Order Processing and provide timely and relevant updates to our customers consisting of: 1. Building Management (BM) engagement in arranging for site survey appointments and installation slots. 2. Contractor engagement in facilitating the documents for approval. 3. Customer Engagement in the day to day communication of order statuses. 4. Assist in creating statistical reports for monitoring purposes. 5. Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/ IT/ Computer Engineering/ equivalent. |
| Desired Working Experiences: |
1-2 years of relevant experience in a service delivery environment. Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Visio). Possess good communication skills. Able to work OT based on operational requirements. |
| Salary Range: | $2500 - $3000 |
