| Job Duties: |
Full spectrum of Human Resource functions covering recruitment, C&B, training, employee relations, compliance, and other administrative area. Administer payroll system including leave & attendance management and maintenance of employees’ database. Compilation & submission of periodic HR reports. Review of company policies, procedures, job description & work processes so as to keep in line with the government legislations and organization needs. Assist in the preparation of statutory required surveys. Support on the annual compensation review exercise. Supports day to day operations, including documentation and filing etc. Manage ad hoc projects as assigned by the management. |

Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting or HR related discipline with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in MNC environment. Good communication, interpersonal, social and organizational skills. Good knowledge of employment related legislations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Meticulous, Responsible, Independent and Pro-active. |
