| Job Duties: |
General Office Administration including Filing. Recruitment and Retention. Preparation of Employment Letters ,Dismissal and Performance KPI monitoring. Expenses' Claims Reimbursement. Liaising with relevant authorities like MOM,CPF and banks. Generate reports of Montly Company performance (staff O/T against income generation). Making company related policies and agreements. Liaising/Coordinating with Govt Agencies. |
| Qualifications: | Candidates must possess Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree specialising in HR. |
| Desired Working Experiences: |
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Full-Time position available. 3-5 working days per week (depending on age). Singaporean / Singapore PR. |
