Responsible for recruitment locally and overseas.
Manage the recruitment functions with the objective of fulfilling the company's manpower requirements with appropriate talents in alignment with the corporate goals. Research and review recruitment channels for targeted recruitment Execute the selection process, and continuously engage business units in your recruitment efforts. Work closely with Department Managers in the areas of evaluating job description and role profiles. Build and maintain good relationship with recruitment vendors. Manpower planning and analysis for management reporting and statutory reporting. |
