| Job Duties: |
You will report to the Country Manager and be a point of contact for all HR related matters for Singapore. This is an individual contributor role managing about 100 headcount for the region covered. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR covering manpower planning and retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development and employee relations. You are expected to develop and implement HR policies and strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity improvement, etc. |

The successful candidate will be a graduate in HR Management and ideally with 5+ years of HR generalist experience. You should be operational and hands-on as well as having the ability to think strategically. With a good understanding of labor law and legislation for the mentioned region, you should also have good knowledge of HR issues and best practices. Experience working in the logistic or Banking industry will be a plus. |
