| Job Duties: |
Employee learning and development experience including ability to manage learning needs and training plans. Able to deliver training to employees in “soft skill” areas as well as train the trainer for delivery of technical training. Able to manage talent sourcing and onboarding including sourcing, campus marketing, onboarding, assessment of potential and offboarding. Familiar with employee reviews and performance assessment. Cultural capabilities: understands and communicates effectively across different Asian employee cultures (Singapore, Philippines, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia) as well as capable of communicating and working effectively with expatriate employees and international interns. |
