| Job Duties: |
1.Responsible for recruitment and selection process, targeting at bringing in competent staff in accordance to budget and manpower plan. 2.Source and propose effective recruitment avenues – advertisement, job fairs, etc 3.Work with Schools on industrial attachment and traineeship programs. 4.Responsible for liaison with MOM and Immigration departments on visa and work pass application as well as issues relating to employment cessation. 5.Prepare documents and logistics for new hires. 6.Updating and maintaining monthly staff turnover and fulfillment report. |
| Qualifications: | A recognized basic degree preferably in HRM or Diploma in HRM. |
| Desired Working Experiences: |
At least 3 years of Recruitment and Selection experience, preferably from retail industry. Able to multi-task, good operational skills with high level of integrity and initiatives. A people person, possessing strong communication skills to interact with internal and external customers. Well versed with local labour legislations and immigration matters. |
