| Job Duties: |
Assist the BUM / BUC in day to day operations of Business Unit. The CSA acts an active role in organizing customer visits and site audits Sales Order management. Upload customer order data into SAP (Quantity, Quality, Type, Price, Customer Records). AR management. Track timeliness of customer payments and work with Finance to resolve invoice issues. RMA (Returned Material) management, in the absent of RMA coordinator Initiate shipping request forms and track/monitor shipments status. Work with Master Planner to ensure accurate shipping dates are met. Provide Customer with order confirmation where required. Administers Quoting process. This covers, but not limited to: Liaising with the originator of the quote. Gathering and disseminating all information pertinent to the quote package. Kick off the quote. Assist on the generation of the quote when requested by BUM /BUC. Assist on Generating the MPC when requested by BUM / BUC. Preparing a response to the RFQ Coordinate customer visits. |

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent Excellent communication skills. Flexible for rotations in project opportunities. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem solving skills. Good Computer Skills |
