Work Hrs:
Job Duties: Coordinate CRM programs and activities through various communication channels.
Manage and maintain customer database accuracy.
Conduct profiling and mining of database to identify appropriate customers and prospects base.
Analyze market conditions and competition to identify opportunities for events and promotions.
Build strong, trusting relationship and brand loyalty with existing customers.
Qualifications:
Desired Working Experiences: Minimum diploma in computing / IT principles.
Minimum 5 years of Marketing-related experience, preferably in motor industry, with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
In-depth knowledge of database management and CRM principles.
Excellent customer relations and negotiation skills.
Savvy in CRM software.
Salesforce experience will be an advantage.
