| Job Duties: |
Manage the technicians, contractors, cleaners and security guards to ensure the proper running and maintenance of the retail mall, including planning maintenance and servicing schedule, liaising with contractors, and scheduling shift duties. Manage tender invitation for servicing contracts. Any other duties as assigned. |

| Desired Working Experiences: |
Minimum Diploma in Building Services with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in managing building & M&E services in retail/commercial/hospitality properties
Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill. Preferably have some experience in supervising a team. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (if required). |
