Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Work Hrs:
Job Duties: Manage and process all incoming RFQs and Purchase Orders.
Issue sales orders for accounts to prepare invoice and delivery order.
Work closely with Sales, Operations and other internal/external parties to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve sales, profitability and customer service goals.
Maintain good relationship with customers by achieving highest customer satisfaction.
Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries.
Handle customer enquiries such as local and export orders follow-up and delivery coordination.
Perform shipment coordination with vendors/ suppliers and logistics service providers Ensure proper record filing and documentation.
Prepare weekly reports for internal sales meeting and customers.
Perform other office duties and administrative tasks as deemed required by the department.
Assist with special projects and duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications: Minimum GCE N or O Levels.
Desired Working Experiences: 1-2 years of admin experience in logistics/shipping industry would be advantageous, though fresh school leavers would be considered.
Must be IT savvy and proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel.
Knowledge of SAP will be beneficial.
Experience in handling shipping documents is an added advantage.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to work.
Able to work under pressure with orientation towards results.
Ability to read, speak & write in Mandarin.
