Job Title: Customer Care Officer (call centre)
About The Employer: The employer provides one-stop customer services for electricity, water and piped gas supplies in Singapore.
Work Location: Pasir Panjang
Work Hrs: 8.30am–5.30pm (M–F) and 8.30am–12.30pm (Every Sat)
Job Duties: Attend to phone enquires regarding utility matters.
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints.
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications: Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic or 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes, including Math & English.
Desired Working Experiences: 1 – 2 years experience in a call centre environment.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment.
Possess strong numeric and problem-solving skills.
A team player with positive service mindset.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Salary Range: $1600 - $1900
