Job Title: Customer Care Officer (counter)
About The Employer: The employer provides one-stop customer services for electricity, water and piped gas supplies in Singapore.
Work Location: Somerset/ Woodlands/ Toa Payoh
Work Hrs: 8.30am–5.30pm (M–F) and 8.30am–12.30pm (Every Sat)
Job Duties: Handling general and account-related enquiries.
Making payment arrangements for arrears in the utility bills over the counter.
Qualifications: Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic or 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes, including Math & English.
Desired Working Experiences: 1 – 2 years experience in a customer service/ frontline environment.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Salary Range: $1600 - $1900
