Job Duties: The Office Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Maintain administrative, human resource policies and objectives in accordance with company objectives.
Interpret company policy to employees and enforce company policy and practices.
Interface with US HR Vice President to develop human resources policies and programs that contribute to the retention and motivation of company employees, including benefit maintenance.
Manage external accounting functions (i.e. accounts payables).
Management of external vendors (payroll, benefits).
Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Overall support of European team.
Special projects and other related duties.
Qualifications: Degree in Business, Business Administration or equivalent.
Desired Working Experiences: Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills (English).
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated multi-tasking ability and effective organizational skills in order to meet short deadlines with finite resources.
Demonstrated successful advanced problem solving, negotiating, and analytical skills.
