| Job Duties: |
Manage and maintain updated of customer master and ensure no duplication. Database cleansing. Maintain and ensure update customer database profile. Pull out customer database accordingly for targeted marketing or customer’s campaign. Consolidate and maintain the integrity of customer database. Liaise respective department in relation to sales contract matters. Compute and validate sales orders. Event planning and liaise with respective division and sales teams. Plan and prepare invitee list, mail out and RSVP. Provide support on key marketing activities and initiatives. Perform adhoc projects and other assigned responsibilities.. Sales order creation. |
| Qualifications: | Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or higher. |
| Desired Working Experiences: |
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or higher. Must have some sales support/ marketing and data mining experience. Good analytical mind and detail oriented. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access. Possess the ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work effectively and efficiently under pressure. Must be a team player. Can start work immediately. |
