Job Title: Admin cum HR Asst

Job Duties: Admin Role -
In charge in replenish stationery and printing toner.
In charge in replenish staff refreshment.
Issue and follow up on PO.
Liase with vendor / supplier on schedule planning.
Perform simple invoice verification and data entry.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
HR Role -
Looking after staff attendance.
Updating and monitor annual leave,& mc in the system.
Taking care of staff’s insurance claim.
Month End – Summarize of total overtime hours for 90 staff.
Month End report – Summary of total staff movement.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Education Qualifications: Min. LCCI/Diploma in Business Admin or Accountancy
Work Experiences: At least 2 years of experience handling partial/full sets.
Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel .
(v look up & Pivot table ability is an advantage).
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Pro active, responsible and willing to learn.
Able to do multi tasking.
