Job Title: Secretary/ Admin Asst
About The Employer: The employer is a property development and property investment company in Singapore.
Work Location: OUB Centre, S(048616), Singapore
Work Hrs: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Duties: Provide secretarial, office and administration supports to the Operations Department. Co-ordinate as contact point for with internal departments, external tenants and various business partners.
1. Handle files for operations and administrative processes, and maintain a filing system. Administrative Duties.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, mails, emails and faxes.
3. Prepare and sending out purchase orders, work requisitions and etc.
4. Process the payment of matching delivery/work orders with invoices received for authorisation of payment.
5. Assist management to arrange operations meetings with preparing agenda and taking meeting minutes.
6. Keep a proper inventory of office stationery and office equipment including assistance in handling office equipment maintenance.
7. Monitor and renew term contracts and licenses, etc.
8. Process payment and update all expenses committed in the budget controlled forms. Finance.
Qualifications: O/A level/PSC/Diploma
Desired Working Experiences: 2 years experience in admin/ secretarial field.
Experience in accounts handling, technical, facility management or project management activities is a plus.
Candidate with less experience/ qualifications would be considered as Admin Asst.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint processing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse range of tenants and service providers.
Salary Range: $2000 - $2500
