| Job Duties: |
Responsible for timely closing of accounts. Prepare financial statements and quarterly corporate reporting, with compliance to relevant accounting standards. Perform financial review and analysis. Handle tax matters, including review of tax return. Liaise with internal & external auditors, and tax agent. Continual review of internal control and workflow for improvement. |
| Qualifications: | Accountancy Degree or equivalent. |
| Desired Working Experiences: |
Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience, with working knowledge of USGAAP and SOX. Experience in Navision or other ERP system would be an advantage. Independent, proactive and a strong team player with good analytical skills and able to meet tight deadlines. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Regional exposure is a definite plus. |
