| Job Duties: |
Reporting to the Group CFO, the incumbent will be responsible for the following: Supervision of 4 Accountants. Preparation of group consolidated accounts for management reporting, SGX announcements, statutory accounts and budgeting forecasting and analysis. Liaison with overseas subsidiaries is also required for this purpose. Oversee tax compliance matters. Liaise with auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisor. |

| Desired Working Experiences: |
8 years of relevant working experience, preferably have been in an SGX-listed company. Must have consolidation experience. Prior experience in “big four” firm would be advantageous. Experience in managing a team. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Hyperion consolidator. Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines. A team player with a positive attitude, initiative and problem-solving abilities. Experience in Accpac or Navision accounting software will be an added advantage. |
