Job Duties |
•Establish suitable
customer-supplier relationship model that best matches the company's
business requirements
•Drive service level and cost objectives through good supply chain
management policies, plans, processes, execution & best practices
•Develop a strong supply chain management team, infrastructure and
capabilities that can support growing needs of the company
•Provide strong leadership to the supply chain management team, set and
accomplish KPIs, drive productivity, cost and service quality level
improvement programs
•Assist management on review, formulation, implementation and monitoring
of good supply chain management practices within the subsidiary
companies in the group
•Update management on performance of supply chain operations,
improvement programs, new initiatives through appropriate management
reports |
Qualifications |
Degree in Supply Chain Management |
Experience |
Min 7 years of supply chain
management experience with exposure to good warehouse, freight &
inventory management practices.
Process development, change management and best practice know-how and
experience.
Experience and knowledge of ERP MRP systems preferred. At least 3 years
of supervisory experience. |
