Location
Boon Leat Terrace (with transport pickup pts at Harboufront, Jurong East, Q'town, Tiong Bahru)
Working Hours
8am - 5.30pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Attend to customers’ enquiries/orders via phone and to ensure timely follow-up/processing to achieve the quality assurance and productivity standards
Qualifications
A Level/ Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline.
*Fresh Diploma welcomed; training provided.
Experience
1 year of experience in customer service/ Call center environment
Possess good interpersonal skills and is customer-oriented
Good spoken English.
Pro-active, self-motivated with a positive attitude to resolve customers’ enquiries
Competent in Microsoft Office applications
Salary Range
$1,500 - $1,600
