Location
Bendemeer Road (Nearest MRT: Boon Keng/ Lavender)
Working Hours
8.30am - 5.30pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Create quotations, purchase requisition, purchase orders, invoicing and payment collections.
Process orders for shipment and deliver full paperwork to Shipping for packing and
delivery.
Ensure all inventories’ data entries are properly managed timely with accuracy.
Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated to fulfi ll customers’ requirements.
Order management by monitoring needs, maintain inventory forecast to ensure timely
order fulfi llment and minimize inventory holding costs.
Compile statistical reports, organize and maintain customer database.
Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or Supply Chain
Management.
Experience
Min 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service, procurement,
inventory management, order fulfillment, shipment and receiving.
Possess good communication skills and spoken language is an added advantage.
Salary Range
$2,300 - $2,600
