Job Duties |
Assist Managed Services division to manage
its staffing services for customers
•Drafting and finalizing of placement and service terms
•Building of customer base - sales, business development
•Building and managing customer relationship
•Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their
work culture;
•Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts
using a wide range of media (e.g. newspapers, websites, magazines);
•Headhunting (inclusive of cold calling)- identifying and approaching
suitable candidates;
•Shifting for suitable candidates and interview management
•Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to
employers for interview;
•Preparing résumés and correspondence to forward to clients in respect
of suitable applicants;
•Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between
client and candidates;
•Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training
and career progression; reviewing recruitment policies to ensure
effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes. |
Qualifications |
Diploma/ Degree in IT field |
Experience |
3 years of solid technical
recruitment experience in an agency /executive search firm environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident and professional mannerism
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of
tasks, customers and manage multiple deadlines
A keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence in all aspects of
customer service
A 'can do' attitude and a flexible, proactive approach
The ability to work autonomously
Knowledge of IT Management and Technical job market
Solid computer skills and detail oriented
Must be a team player that can adapt to changing situations
Bilingual candidates (English and Mandarin) preferred |
Salary Range |
$3,000 - $4,000 |
