Job Duties |
Provide IT enterprise
solutions and recommendations to customers
Provide technical support for enterprise servers, storage systems and
applications
Ensure timely implementation of services and smooth operations of the
systems
Perform and ensure the necessary escalation processes
Schedule and co-ordinate any IT related request with the end users |
Qualifications |
ITE/ Dip/ Degree in IT, Computer
Engineering.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. |
Experience |
At least 1 year of relevant
experience.
Systems:
Good understanding of NAS, SAN and DAS technology will have added
advantage
Strong technical background in Sun Solaris / Windows and certification
preferred
Experience in Veritas Foundation, storage backup and cluster solution
implementation preferred
Systems & Applications:
Have experience and technical knowledge in Oracle DB, MSSQL DB, BEA,
WebSphere and Java Development
Technical background in Networking, RedHat and Solaris preferred
Systems & Network:
Have experience and technical knowledge in networking consultancy,
design and implementation
Technical background in Networking, RedHat and Solaris preferred |
Salary Range |
$2,500 - $3,000 |
