Job Duties |
Provide technical support and
training to Field service technicians and correspondences with
Australian HQ on all technical issues.
To conduct induction and complete foundation training for new service
personnel as when required.
To develop and deliver product technical training packages for
Singapore.
Manage and facilitate the technical training through the Crown grading
system.
To provide increased operator safety awareness & operational skills on
the Crown Lift Truck they are using thru operator / driver training.
Responsible for supporting Singapore on technical matters and parts
enquiry issues through telephone, facsimile and email.
Provide field service support on site in major installations/ operator
driver trainer training and resolving unique technical faults as when
required.
Liaise with Australia technical support on technical/engineering matters
and other relevant issues.
Submit all trucks modification request to Australia technical support
for approval.
Update/filing of documentation and data base.
Liaise/follow up with Australia manufacturing regarding special truck
application and engineering request.
To manage new truck warranty claim matters.
Assess, investigate all warranty claim parts returned and report/job
cards.
Liaise with Australia product support on all warranty issues.
Process/submit new trucks installation registration report and warranty
job cards for claims.
Schedule/outline training plan and training activity.
Maintain all records of training conducted.
Provide and ensure the hours of technical training delivered are within
the requirements.
Monitor developments of training clinics.
Review/manage/maintain existing Training Resources to ensure they are
utilized and available.
Develop/update of new training materials from USA or Australia Head
Office as required.
Participate & encourage participation of branches/dealers in the Crown
OH&S.
Provide guidance for branches/dealers towards a safe work environment. |
Qualifications |
Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
Malaysians are also welcome to apply.

Experience |
At least 1 year of working
experience in field services.
Good spoken English. |
Salary Range |
$2,000 - $2,500 |
