Job Duties |
Providing sales administration
service to Contract Manufacturers (CM) / Multi-National Corporations
(MNC) customers with timely and competitive quotations.
Perform order entry, order acknowledgment, amendments and follow up with
customers so as to maintain appropriate sales records.
Coordinating shipments, rescheduling deliveries, handling enquiries,
claims and returns as well as alerting customers to order new stocks
when inventory level runs low. |
Qualifications |
O/A Level/ Diploma in any discipline.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Good communication skill.
Able to communicate in English and Chinese Language. |
Experience |
1-2 years experience in sales
coordination or customer services, preferably from electronics/
semiconductor/ manufacturing background.
Prefer those with hands-on experience in order processing systems. |
Salary Range |
$1,700 - $2,200 |
