Changi South (near Expo MRT, island-wide transport pickup)
Working Hours
8.30am - 6.00pm (M-F)
Job Duties
To assist Strategic Accounts Team to target potential accounts. Assist with the information compilation required for review of potential solutions to secure the accounts.
• To assist Solution Managers and work with operations team in the development of potential solutions for these target customers.
• To assist with the development and maintenance of the Master Operating Plans for the customers.
• To participate in Customer meetings to establish and understand customer requirements/ scope of work.
• To assist with preparation of bids and presentations and logistics solutions to support customer solutions.
• To assist communication and participate with other functions in Countries, Districts and Regions for ideas, suggestions and additional input to projects for service improvement and Operational consistency.
• To assist and coordinate the implementation of new solutions with proper handover support to local level.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Business Management
Experience
1-4 yrs experience with Logistic project/ solutions implementation/ in Logistics / Transportation
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office
• Good command of English (written or oral).
• Analytical, Self initiated and able to work independently.
• Good planning skills with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skill
Salary Range
$2,200 - $3,000
