Job Duties |
- Validating and loading all
sales orders and billings
- Ensuring accurate, complete and prompt billings
- Ensuring that all deliveries are well tracked and coordinated
- Ensuring all bills have relevant supporting documents before
submitting to Finance department
- Tracking of all sales, cost, GP records are properly tracked
- Tracking and maintaining all revenue / GP achievements
- Preparing management reports and maintaining customer database
- Ensuring 100% compliance with internal Policy & Procedures
- Tracking and maintaining all customer software license listing for
software renewal
- Providing functional and cross-functional support |
Qualifications |
A level/ Diploma |
Experience |
2 years relevant working
experience
Good coordination, organisation and follow-up skills
Team player with a sense of urgency
Able to start work immediately/ short notice |
Salary Range |
$2,000 to $2,500 |
