The employer markets and distributes butter and other food products to Mid East/Africa, and Asia and local supermarkets, medical halls, pharmacies and hotels, restaurants, pubs, clubs and airline caterers.
Location
Boon Lay (walking distant from boon lay mrt)
Working Hours
8.30am - 5.30pm (M-F), 8.30am - 12.30pm (sat) 5.5day
Job Duties
Process all orders accurately within the stipulated cut off date and time
Process invoices, ensure no discrepancy in the purchase order as well as to support and perform administrative function
Adhere to all company procedures and ensure authorized signatory check
Act as the first point of contact to handle any unresolved service request & customer issues / enquiries to meet the company’s service level standard requirement
Manage a team of Customer Service Coordinators (abt 5), provide guidance & support to the team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
Qualifications
O level/ Diploma in any discipline
Experience
2-4 yrs customer service/ order processing experience.
Possess an excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to communicate in Mandarin & local dialects
Able to lead & supervise a small team.
Proficient in MS Office
Salary Range
$2,200 - $2,800
