Job Duties |
-Attend to phone enquires
-Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints
-Meet productivity and quality standards |
Qualifications |
Diploma in any discipline from a local
polytechnic. *Fresh Poly Diploma graduates welcomed.
*Must have O level credits in Eng & Maths (Eng D7 ok) |
Experience |
1 – 2 years experience in
customer services/ call centre environment.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess strong numeric and problem-solving skills
A team player with positive service mindset
Proficient in MS Office applications |
Salary Range |
$1,600 - $1,850 + allowance $150 |
