9am - 5.30pm (M-F), 9.00am - 1.30pm (alt
Sat) |
Job Duties |
Attend to customers at the
customer service centre for opening and/or closing of accounts as well
as collection of payment
Handle general and account-related enquiries
Make payment arrangements (including cashiering) with customers on
settlement of their bill |
Qualifications |
Diploma in any discipline from a local
polytechnic.*Fresh Poly Diploma graduates welcomed.
*Must have O level credits in Eng & Maths |
Experience |
1 – 2 years experience in
customer services/ frontline/ receptionist duties.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Possesses initiative & the ability to work under pressure |
Salary Range |
$1,600 - $1,850 + allowance $150 |
