Working Hours
12 hr rotating shift, work 4 days rest 3 days
Job Duties
- Attend to telephone, telex, fax and email enquiries from customers
- Follow up on shipments’ status with overseas stations and airlines, e.g. tracking of Purchasing Order and liaising with shipper and counterpart for shipment pick up
- Keep track on shipment arrival notice
- Prepare advise slip for Cash-on-delivery (COD) customer, arrange delivery and ensuring that payment is collected at door
- Coordinate and work closely with Traffic Department to meet customers´ delivery requirements
- Match Cargo Clearance Permit (CCP) with Delivery Docket and to handover to Traffic Department to carry out delivery instruction
- Perform any other customer-service related tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
O Level
Experience
2 years of working experience in related field
- A team player with pleasant deposition and is customer-focused
- Possess a good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in PC skill and Microsoft applications
Salary Range
$1,800 - $2,400 + Transport and shift allowances
