The employer provides one-stop customer services for electricity, water and piped gas supplies in Singapore.
Location
Orchard/ Woodlands/ Toa Payoh (2 monthly rotation 3 offices)
Working Hours
9am - 5.30pm (M-F), 9am - 1.30pm (alt Sat)
Job Duties
Attend to customers at the service centre
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of enquiries and feedbacks
Make payment arrangements (including cashiering) with customers on settlement of their utility bills
Meet productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic.*Fresh Poly Diploma graduates welcomed.
*Must have O level credits in Eng & Maths
Experience
1 – 2 years experience in customer services/ frontline/ receptionist duties.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
Salary Range
$1,600 - $1,850 + allowance $150
