Working Hours
8.30am - 6pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Attend to customers’ spare parts enquiries and support needs.
Coordinate and expedite with other departments for spare parts shipment and deliveries.
Responsible for spare parts support administration.
Responsible for the maintenance of proper reports in relation to service support.
Maintain and enhance good working relationship with customers.
Qualifications
Diploma in Engineering discipline or related.
Experience
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
