Customer Care Officer (counter operations)

The employer provides one-stop customer services for electricity, water and piped gas supplies in Singapore.
Location
Orchard
Working Hours
9am - 5.30pm (M-F), 9.00am - 1.30pm (alt Sat)
Job Duties
Attend to customers at the customer service centre
Open and/or close customers accounts
Handle general enquiries and account-related enquiries
Make payment arrangements with customers on the settlement of their bill charges
Qualifications
O/ A Level/ Diploma in any discipline.
*Must have O level credits in Eng & Maths.
*Fresh Poly Diploma graduates welcomed.
Experience
1 – 2 years experience in customer services/ frontline/ receptionist duties.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Possesses initiative & the ability to work under pressure
Salary Range
$1,600 - $1,850 + allowance $150
