Job Duties |
Reply to queries on utility
accounts
Make payment arrangements with customers on the settlement of their
utility bill charges
Attend to customers at the customer service centre when assigned |
Qualifications |
O/ A Level/ Diploma in any discipline.
*Must have O level credits in Eng & Maths (Eng D7 ok)
*Fresh Poly Diploma graduates welcomed. |
Experience |
1 – 2 years experience in
customer services/ frontline/ receptionist duties.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must
Good written and communication skills
Pleasant personality
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Possesses initiative & the ability to work under pressure |
Salary Range |
$1,600 - $1,850 + allowance $150 |
