Job Duties |
Working in close collaboration
with Field Sales and Internal Sales Team, you will be responsible in
performing order entry, order acknowledgment, amendments and follow up
with customers so as to maintain appropriate sales records.
Other key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, rescheduling
deliveries, handling enquiries, claims and returns as well as inventory
management. |
Qualifications |
O/ A-Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any
discipline.
Able to communicate in English and Chinese Language |
Experience |
2-3 years experience in sales
coordination or customer services, preferably in electronics,
semiconductor, or distribution industry.
Must have hands-on experience in order processing systems and inventory
planning.
Possess a strong customer service mindset, with effective negotiation,
interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. |
Salary Range |
$2,000 - $2,800 |
