Location
North Bridge Rd (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
Working Hours
8.30am - 8.30pm, 8.30pm - 8.30am (12hr rotating shifts)
Job Duties
Assist clients by coordinating the delivery of medical, concierge, lifestyle, home & automobile assistance services.
Able to thrive on high stress situations involving multi-tasking and quick thinking to deliver services and emergency responses to our clients in need.
Willing to do shift work(day and night shifts).
Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
Experience
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in call centers, assistance companies and/or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
Possess good spoken and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and net portals.
Mature thinking and able to interact with customers fluently.
Salary Range
$2,000 - $2,400 plus $300 shift allowance
