Working Hours
9.00am - 6.00pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Attending to all visitors and inform the receivers promptly.
Answering and transfer callers’ enquires.
Update company telephone list.
Sorting of incoming & outgoing mails and coordinate with courier services.
Organizing and coordinating the daily schedule for the meeting rooms.
Post job advertisements on websites for HR dept.
Assist HR Dept to attend to interviewees and new hires on their first day.
Responsible for stationery requisition, ordering and keeping track of inventories.
Ordering of gift hampers, get well baskets and floral wreath when required.
Housekeeping of reception area.
Administrative work assigned by HR Department.
Qualifications
O level/ A level/ Diploma in any discipline.
Experience
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Possess good command of English and good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Salary Range
$1,800 - $1,900
