The employer provides audit, tax, advisory, outsourcing and fund administration solutions to a diverse and international clientele including public-listed entities, multinational corporations and financial institutions.

Working Hours
8.30am - 5.30pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Provide full spectrum of secretarial & admin support for manager/ director.
Answering & Screening telephone calls for directors.
Schedule appointments & Coordinate meetings.
Taking meeting minutes, drafting letters & prepare reports.
Maintaining confidential documents, proper filing procedures and records.
Send out daily correspondence like local & overseas courier.
Collection, distribution of mails & Mass mailing of festive cards & marketing material.
Handle travel arrangements including hotel & air ticketing booking & assist in claims.
Other office administrator duties.
To cover reception duties during the absence of the receptionist.
Qualifications
PSC/ Dip/ Deg in any discipline.
Experience
Min 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
Must be proficient in MS Office like word, excel, PowerPoint & access.
Salary Range
$2,000 - $2,500
