Job Duties |
Provide full spectrum of
secretarial & admin support for manager/ director.
Answering & Screening telephone calls for directors.
Schedule appointments & Coordinate meetings.
Taking meeting minutes, drafting letters & prepare reports.
Maintaining confidential documents, proper filing procedures and
records.
Send out daily correspondence like local & overseas courier.
Collection, distribution of mails & Mass mailing of festive cards &
marketing material.
Handle travel arrangements including hotel & air ticketing booking &
assist in claims.
Other office administrator duties.
To cover reception duties during the absence of the receptionist. |
Qualifications |
PSC/ Dip/ Deg in any discipline. |
Experience |
Min 1 - 3 years of relevant
working experience.
Must be proficient in MS Office like word, excel, PowerPoint & access. |
Salary Range |
$2,000 - $2,500 |
