The employer is a manufacturer and supplier of copper and aluminum alloy to electrical, electronics and semiconductor industries.
Location
Sixth Lok Yang Road (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
Working Hours
8.00am - 5.30pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Perform general administrative duties to support operations.
Handle incoming calls, walk-in visitors, sort mails, handle courier service & postage, stationery requisition etc.
Assist HR / Admin Exec in administrative roles such as:
Health screening arrangement and documentation.
Record and arrange of employees education / training.
Employees’ particulars (except salary) data entry.
Handle employee uniform and locker matters.
Assist in employee welfare activities arrangement.
Assist in managing sub-cons for cleaning and gardening.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Qualifications
N/ O/ A Level.
Malaysians are also welcome to apply.
Experience
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in admin/ reception duties.
Pleasant and presentable.
Good communication skills.
Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Salary Range
$1,100 - $1,300
