The employer is an investment company. It is also a licensed financial adviser in Singapore.
Location
Shenton Way (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar/ Raffles Place)
Working Hours
9.00am - 6.00pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Handle incoming calls, walk-in visitors, sort mails, handle courier service & postage, stationery requisition etc.
Perform general administrative duties to support operations.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Qualifications
N/ O/ A Level/ Diploma
Experience
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in admin/ reception duties.
Pleasant and presentable.
Good communication skills.
Salary Range
$1,600 - $2,000
