Job Duties |
Perform reception duties
including receiving and attending to walk-in visitors/guests, answering
and routing all incoming mails, taking messages and directing
calls/queries as required.
Provide administrative support, including despatch/courier services
coordination, coordinates general purchases of office stationery and
office maintenance.
Provide support on coordination of staff welfare and administration of
staff leave and staff medical claims. |
Qualifications |
O/ A Level/ Diploma |
Experience |
2-4 years Receptionist &
general admin experience.
Housewife with Receptionist & admin experience returning to workforce
welcomed.
Pleasant-looking (*pls attach photo)
Good command in English
Good telephone skills
Good computer skills |
Salary Range |
$1800 - $2,000 |
