Working Hours
9am - 6pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Perform reception duties including receiving and attending to walk-in visitors/guests, answering and routing all incoming mails, taking messages and directing calls/queries as required.
Provide administrative support, including despatch/courier services coordination, coordinates general purchases of office stationery and office maintenance.
Provide support on coordination of staff welfare and administration of staff leave and staff medical claims.
Qualifications
O/ A Level/ Diploma
Experience
2-4 years Receptionist & general admin experience.
Housewife with Receptionist & admin experience returning to workforce welcomed.
Pleasant-looking (*pls attach photo)
Good command in English
Good telephone skills
Good computer skills
Salary Range
$1800 - $2,000
