Working Hours
8.30am - 6pm (M-F)
Job Duties
Assist the Project planning dept in various Admin/ Secretary matters:
(a) Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
(b) Arrange flights and itineraries with travel agencies, airlines, and embassy personnel visa applications.
©Coordinate meetings.
(d) Liaise with catering vendors for small private gatherings.
(e) Handle customer queries via emails.
(f) Other general administrative duties
Qualifications
O/A level/ Diploma
Experience
2yrs general admin/ secretarial experience supporting a dept.
•Proficient in Microsoft office -Word & Excel
•Good spoken and written English and Chinese
•Pleasant disposition with initiative and good communication skills
•Strong administration skills
•Well organized, meticulous and precise
•Highly adaptable to changes
•Ensure highest confidential level when dealing with all matters
Salary Range
$1,800 - $2,000
