Job Duties |
Assist in coordinating and executing the
timely and accurate collection of customers’ accounts, including calling
up customers for payment.
Monitor work progress and collection processes, handle and investigate
cases for efficient debt recovery.
Handle enquiries from customers on billing issues and outstanding
balances. |
Qualifications |
Diploma in any discipline from
a local polytechnic.*Fresh Poly Diploma graduates welcomed.
*Must have O level credits in Eng & Maths. |
Experience |
1 – 2 years experience in debt
management.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal
Good written and communication skills
Meticulous with good analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office applications. |
Salary Range |
$1,600 - $2,000 |
