Job Duties |
•Reporting to the Finance Manager;
•Perform analysis of management reporting of the company and/or group;
•Review the financial reports and payments of overseas subsidiaries,
including intercompany reconciliations, to ensure proper and
completeness and in accordance with accounting standards and group
policies;
•Provide guidance and liaising with finance teams of subsidiaries
regarding all financial & statutory reporting, audit, cash flow and
company secretarial requirements;
•Preparation and analysis of corporate tax and credit evaluation of
accounts receivables;
•Preparation and coordination of budgets, forecasts and analysis of
actual performance;
•Recommend and assist in implementation of accounting policies and
practices to ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and
internal control compliance; and
•Ad-hoc assignments |
Qualifications |
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or
equivalent professional qualification |
Experience |
3 years Accountant experience.
Audit experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in group consolidation and statutory
reporting is preferred but not a requirement.
Hands on experience in integrated computer systems, JD Edwards knowledge
will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS office software package.
Strong multi-tasking, analytical and ability to perform under pressure
and tight deadlines.
Self-motivated and with ability to work both independently and in a team
under minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to establish good working relationships internally and with
overseas subsidiaries |
Salary Range |
$3,000 - $3,500 |
