Job Duties |
Prepares and coordinates
Singapore Office budget.
Manages accounts and settlements of bills.
To process all overhead invoices and staff expenses.
To arrange payment of all overhead invoices and staff expenses on a
weekly basis.
Prepares monthly account and bank reconciliation.
Follow-up/update tax payments.
Keep track of the audit for financial year end and Annual General
Meeting.
File GST returns.
Act as a liaison person between Finance Department, Income Revenue.
Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and company’s secretary.
Act as a liaison to notarise documents.
General accounts administrative matters such as data entry, filing and
compiling of reports.
To request funding from Group central system.
To reconcile the overhead accounts to ensure nothing remains
outstanding.
To report to London/Amsterdam on a monthly basis the overhead costs of
the office.
To review the monthly actual vs budget overhead report and ensure all
variations are investigated (NB only for costs that fall under the remit
of this role).
To help compile the overhead budget for the office on a yearly basis.
Approving the collated receipts for Corporate Credit cards. |
Qualifications |
Dip/ Deg in Management Reporting or
related discipline. |
Experience |
Min 3 - 5 years of experience
in related field. |
Salary Range |
$3,000 - $4,000 |
